Complete waste of money. The sizing is way off. I ordered XS which is my size in all other brands. In this brand it didn’t even fit me. I had to return all clothing I ordered but they wouldn’t take some returns unless faulty which is a terrible policy given that their sizing is so off! Terrible material and fit for the price tag. They also charge you for shipping the returns which is a ridiculous policy.

They hide location and dresses are of poor quality. If you leave in Europe, don't buy from this store. The return policy is terrible and clothes sizes are not what they show. Spent 150€ on a dress i didnt even wear(return fee was 60€). WHAT A SCAM!

This website never fails me when I order from them, I got a pair of shoes and 3 dresses, all are good quality and look exactly like the pictures - very happy!

Made an order for three dresses to wear for a wedding - planned on trying them on and returning the ones I didn’t want. The website states “free and easy returns”. The delivery time said 3 to 5 days. On day 7 I checked what the delivery status was, it was being held at customs. I contacted Showpo to say I had a wedding to attend and how long would it be before delivery. They weren’t very helpful but what I did find out was I had to pay almost £80 in import taxes and that refunds were made in store credit. I have rejected the items (I’m not paying £80 on top of what I’ve already paid for what I’ve read are poor quality clothes). I’ve said I will absolutely refuse store credit as this wasn’t something that was specified when shopping on their website. They certainly don’t advertise this face when you are making purchases.

My advice would be if you don’t want to be slapped with a massive import bill, or if you need your items to arrive in decent time and don’t want store credit as a refund, avoid shopping with these guys. Really terrible online service!

Complete rip off - I ordered a dress which I did not like and returned it. instead of a refund I was given store credit which I did not want but to save the hassle of arguing I used it to order more dresses. Now I have had to pay a further €80.00 in customs charges. I will never order from this company again, the clothes are already overpriced without having to pay customs what for all intents and purposes it was an exchange. by way of confirmation my order number is 07127129

So disappointed! First order was not delivered to daughter's dorm and returned. Took 26 back and forth emails to finally get credit for it because they applied to Australia even though I live in US. They would not send original dress we ordered to my home, and once credit applied it was sold out. Had to buy another dress and it arrived and was huge. Ordered a Sz 8 but dress received was a 12, and I was told it is "equivalent" to an 8, but there is no way it will fit her and would have to be completely remade. Once again having to email multiple times. Returning it but they won't give a refund so have to do credit and go through this all over again. I have never had this much difficulty getting a dress!

Absolutely wonderful service! I had a few issues with the returns portal and Claudette was kind enough cover shipping cost and provided a refund. Will definitely be shopping from Showpo again

My store credit had expired during COVID lockdown last year and because I wasn't going anywhere, I did not think to check it. When I logged in again to purchase a dress for my hens I realized it had expired and contacted the team on the LiveChat system. Super quick response and they reinstated my store credit right away, so I was able to purchase my hens dress! Very impressed with the efficiency and ultra quick response time!
